Brokers closed 113 condo sales totaling $77.7 million from Nov. 17th to Nov. 24th. The previous week, brokers closed 102 condo sales totaling $92.5 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $688,002, lower than the $1,022,796 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $546 from $606, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.6 million to $6.6 million.
Unit 2406 at Oceana Bal Harbour, at 10201 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, took the top spot with a $6.6 million closing. The sale closed at $2,500 per square foot. Chad Carroll with Compass Florida handled both sides of the deal. The sale closed after 234 days on the market.
Unit 2503 at Murano at Portofino, at 1000 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $3.9 million, or $1,917 per square foot. Michelle Halfon with Sator Realty had the listing. Laura Pantano with Coldwell Banker represented the buyer. The sale closed after 96 days on the market.
