John Reza Parsiani

As a 20+ year resident of Miami, I am actually a global citizen, having lived in five different countries across three continents and traveled to more than 65+ countries worldwide. This experience has undoubtedly contributed to my out-of-the-box thinking and unique ability to connect with and bring together people from all walks of life through win-win scenarios. I also speak four languages and have family in Asia, Europe, Scandinavia, and the Americas. This background makes me uniquely well-versed in understanding the needs of Miami’s top developers, represented by Parsiani Real Estate, as well as the buying, leasing, and selling needs of my discerning clients from across the globe.

 

I am an expert on new developments and am currently leading the sales at the tallest waterfront twin-towers in the United States, Aria Reserve Miami, a $1.7 billion new development coming to Miami! My extensive experience includes my position as Senior Sales Executive at the world’s first and only Aston Martin Residences, Aria On The Bay, and Sales Director at Natiivo Miami. I am also an active member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, Master Brokers Forum, and am the Senior Sales Executive at Aria On The Bay. I served as Vice President of Business Development at Cervera Real Estate, one of the largest developer representatives in the State of Florida with over $4 billion in exclusive listings. I previously served as the Director of Sales in charge of Cervera’s flagship Miami office and as a Luxury Sales Specialist focused on residential properties throughout Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach, ranging from $2 million to over $50 million. Additionally, I served on the Miami Board of Directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), which remains the largest Asian association in North America with 34 chapters and over 17,000 members across the U.S. I have been a 10-time Top Producer of the Year winner from 2014-2023 and the recipient of the prestigious Builders Association of South Florida’s Best award as The Sales Executive of the Year.

My positive outlook is further strengthened by my ability to see future trends, seek out rare opportunities, and inspire win-win scenarios.

 

I began my professional career 20 years ago as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Delta Airlines and a Luxury Estate Consultant at Sotheby’s International Realty. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management & Entrepreneurship, maintaining a 4.0 GPA and graduating with highest honors, earning lifetime membership in the Alpha Chi National Collegiate Honor Society. I also served as the Vice President of Membership at Toastmasters International and am an active member of the National Speakers Association, and the National and Florida Association of Realtors. I enjoy devoting my time and energy to charitable organizations and am an active contributor to the Joel Osteen Foundation and World Vision International, helping children across the globe.

 

I am fluent in English, Persian, and Swedish. My team speaks Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, French, Italian, Norwegian, Turkish, Russian, Cantonese, and Korean.

(“MIAMI”), a not-for-profit trade association, is the voice for real estate, influencing and shaping the industry, and is devoted to being the business and public policy advocate for REALTORS®. MIAMI meetings and events often include real estate professionals and other industry stakeholders who compete with each other or work for competing businesses. MIAMI is committed to conducting all meetings and events in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner, including adherence to all antitrust laws.
